Customer Expansion Specialist
About the role
As a Customer Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, and providing solutions to Delight the Customer®.
You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and expanding our customer base and will work closely with various internal teams including sales and marketing.
How you will make an impact :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and outcomes in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.
We’re looking for someone with
- High School diploma; College Degree an asset.
- Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections.
- Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
