3rd / 4th Year Apprentice Plumber

ATCO Frontec is seeking 3rd / 4th Year Apprentice Plumbers to join our ATCO Facilities Solutions team in Edmonton, AB, working on a project with several properties across the Edmonton area.

These applicants will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, modifications, and installation / dismantling of plumbing systems. The successful candidate must be willing to work after hours and on weekends as required. Tools, uniforms, PPE, work cellphone, and a company vehicle will be provided for work duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely inspections, testing, and accurate reporting of equipment defects and deficiencies
• Replace toilets, bathroom and kitchen sinks, and bathtubs
• Utilize power auger for toilet, bathtub, and main lines
• Replace hot water tanks and furnaces (40,000 & 60,000 BTU)
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
• Guarantee all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes, as well as environmental protection requirements
