Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations, coordinate with different departments, and ensure the efficient execution of business processes. The role includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, optimizing work processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for budget management, resource allocation, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
