Roles and Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To :
The Delivery Consultant is a key member of the Canadian Professional Services Delivery team. The role involves working with Sales and Delivery teams to plan, design, and implement industry-recognized network and security solutions using technologies such as :
- Expertise in Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Data Centre technologies (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.)
- Design, implement, and optimize wireless network solutions for clients
- Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to ensure optimal performance
- Strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols and standards (e.g., IEEE 802.11, Wi-Fi 6)
- Proficiency with wireless network tools (e.g., Ekahau)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations
- Design and implement wireless solutions such as Aruba and Cisco Wireless Controllers
- Manage network access control solutions using Aruba ClearPass and Cisco ISE
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNA, CWNP, CCNP Wireless) are a plus
- Knowledge of Security architecture, risk management, and Cybersecurity
- Additional assets include expertise in :
o Software Defined WAN (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud)
o Cisco DNA (Automation, Assurance, SDA)
o Cloud Network Architecture (AWS, Azure, Google)
o Cloud Security for Public Cloud

5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a strong background in network and securityExcellent English communication skills, both written and spokenStrong technical writing skills for proposals and documentationOrganizational and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing rolesStrong presentation skills and ability to work cross-functionallyFocus on delivery and client satisfactionExperience in the following is preferred :
Cisco Catalyst switches (9000, 7000, 3700, 3600, 3500, 2900 series)Cisco Meraki, Aruba CX Series, Aruba WirelessVMware ESXi 7.x / 8.x, vSphereWireless access controllers, network access control, security enforcementCloud-based wireless solutionsKnowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), DNS, DHCP, IPv6. Willingness to travel 15-20% within Canada. Education requirements include a BSc in Computer Science or related field, or a 3-year Technologist Diploma. Certifications such as Aruba ACCP, Cisco Security Specialist, CCIE, CISSP are assets.
