HR Business Partner

Our client is seeking a driven and versatile HR Business Partner to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the completion of usual HR department tasks, including employee feedback efforts and annual performance reviews.
• Guide, coach, and advise new and existing managers on HR legislation and people management best practices.
• Work across various HR areas, demonstrating a true generalist mindset.
• Support learning and development projects.
• Participate in recruitment activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience facilitating the completion of usual HR department tasks, including employee feedback efforts and annual performance reviews.
• Ability to coach managers on people management and legislation.
• A true generalist with a process-driven mindset, eager to engage in diverse HR tasks and strategic implementation.
• Logical, dynamic, sociable personality, comfortable being in the spotlight and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in-office in Mississauga 3 days per week
• Ability to travel 10-15% (up to four trips per year) to satellite offices or annual company meetings.
• Foundation in the tech space or healthcare an asset, especially with experience in finance
• Experience in compensation processes or with Quebec employment law an asset.
