What- the Role:

Our client is seeking a new Finance Coordinator who will take on a variety of responsibilities including providing finance function support and direct administrative support to 3 Finance Leaders. This role will be assisting with the development of presentations, memos, and other communication materials for a range of audiences – internally and externally, including ELT and Board, conducting research on industry trends and peer company practices, assisting the leaders with time management and scheduling, and organizing and attending meetings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership, are essential. • At least 3 years, preferably 4+ years, progressive experience in a similar Finance Administration/Business Administration role.
• Working knowledge of the financial and investment markets, comfortable with financial terminology, reports, budgets, and spreadsheets.
• Skilled in managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling across different time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

How Much:

Generous compensation total package commensurate with experience and education, in the range of $72,000 to $88,000.
