Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate various CNC machines and manual equipment to produce precision tools and dies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements and dimensions
- Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines and manual equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve machining processes and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities
Requirements :
Post-secondary education in Millwright, 443A preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience as a MillwrightStrong understanding of programming, tooling, and machine setupProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specificationsExcellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, precise workStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environmentJoin our team and use your expertise in Millwright background to produce high-quality products and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
