Recruit, train, and lead a team of seasonal staff, fostering a supportive and professional workplace.Address employee concerns with empathy, ensuring team cohesion and motivation.Provide on-the-ground leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Guest Experience
Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences that reflect the lodge's values.Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.Support the development of activities and programs that enhance guest engagement.Community Engagement
Represent the lodge with sincerity and integrity in interactions with guests and the local community.Foster relationships with local organizations and vendors to strengthen the lodge’s community ties.Independent Leadership
Exhibit resourcefulness in managing challenges and opportunities with minimal supervision.Make sound decisions independently, ensuring the smooth operation of all lodge activities.Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality or lodge management, preferably in a remote or seasonal setting.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on empathy and emotional intelligence (EQ).Ability to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities effectively.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an asset.Corporate Culture
