Job Description : Our client is looking for a Project Managers(Budgeting, and Forecasting) to work remotely across Canada.
Must Have Primary Skills :
Manage multiple projects,project resources and project governance
Work with project leads todevelop a project organization structure with clearly defined roles andresponsibilities
Develop Strategies, manageprojects, document and coordinate project team activities to achieve eachproject's goals, scope, budget, schedule, quality, and other applicableperformance standards
Identify projectmilestones, critical success factors, dependencies, policy and programimplications, metrics, and resource requirements
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Document lessons learnedand share with business area
Proven Experience In :
Contribute to projectdeliverables where needed e.g., research, survey design, drafting reportwriting, etc. to support quality and timely delivery of deliverables
Regularly monitor, documentand report on project progress against the plan.
Plan, lead and participatein internal project team meetings, project stakeholder meetings and steeringcommittee meetings
Document changes in scope,budget or schedule; coordinate signoffs and communicate changes with sponsor,management, team leads and working groups / committees
Ensure that issues, risks,and opportunities are proactively identified with strategies developed andactioned where possible
Provide high-level businessor process analysis, change management and communication supports to the teamas required.
Complete proper hand-overof project outputs including all relevant project documentation to businessarea
In collaboration withproject sponsors, assess whether the project achieved stated outcomes andidentify opportunities for improvement for future similar projects
