RÔLE

Relevant de la Vice-Présidente TI, le.la coordonnateur.trice aux opérations TI sera responsable des relations fournisseurs pour l'achat ou le renouvellement de matériel, de logiciels et de services informatiques pour l’ensemble de nos bureaux à l’échelle internationale (Canada, États-Unis et Europe). Organisée et autonome, la personne assurera la gestion des actifs informatiques de l'agence, incluant la gestion du matériel et la gestion des logiciels.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Superviser l'inventaire des ordinateurs, serveurs, appareils et licences;
  • Assurer les renouvellements des licences et la maintenance des logiciels utilisés;
  • Coordonner le remplacement et le cycle de vie du matériel et des logiciels;
  • Collaborer avec les finances pour les budgets informatiques, la facturation, les bons de commande et les prévisions, etc;
  • Supporter l’équipe dans la résolution de problèmes liés à ses actifs informatiques;
  • Faire l'évaluation des nouveaux besoins en actifs informatiques et coordonner l’acquisition;
  • Créer et mettre en œuvre des processus pour l'acquisition, la maintenance et l'élimination des actifs informatiques.

REQUIS

  • Diplôme d'études universitaires en technologie de l'information ou expérience équivalente;
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion des actifs informatiques;
  • Excellentes habiletés de négociation;
  • Expérience en gestion de projets (un atout);
  • Maîtrise de la méthodologie Agile (un atout);
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (Collaborateurs et clients à l'échelle internationale).

    ROLE

    Reporting to the Vice President of IT, the IT Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supplier relationships for the purchase or renewal of hardware, software, and IT services for all of our offices on an international scale (Canada, United States, and Europe). Organized and autonomous, the individual will ensure the management of the agency's IT assets, including hardware and software management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise inventory of computers, servers, devices, and licenses;
  • Ensure license renewals and maintenance of used software;
  • Coordinate hardware and software replacement and lifecycle;
  • Collaborate with finance for IT budgets, billing, purchase orders, forecasts, etc.;
  • Support the team in resolving issues related to its IT assets;
  • Assess new IT asset needs and coordinate acquisition;
  • Create and implement processes for IT asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in information technology or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset management;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Experience in project management (an asset);
  • Experience in Agile methodology (an asset);
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and customers).
