Job details

Work hours : Modified work week, 10.5 hour shifts; 4 days on, 3 off, current shift M‑Th or Tu‑F 0700‑1730

Location : Richmond (YVR) – Vancouver South Terminal, 4760 Inglis Drive, Richmond, ability to travel to third‑party customer locations as required.

Compensation : $40.16 – $58.18 per hour. Qualified candidates will be placed within the range based on industry experience and previous certifications. Training and opportunities for growth available. We regularly review compensation structures, adjusting them in line with market standards and industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Work with the rest of the structures crew to perform structural MRO work for the Harbour Air fleet and our third‑party customers in an efficient and cost‑effective manner.
• Complete work orders and internal repair job cards as required with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide guidance and assistance in training and coaching of Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
• Other duties as directed by the Structures Crew Chiefs, Coordinator and PRM.
