Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is looking for a Bilingual Implementation Specialist to add to their growing team.
What's in it for you : Excellent compensation package with benefits Nice working environment TTC accessible (work from home during Covid) Opportunity for growth In this role you will be responsible for : Managing the implementation of various loyalty programs Coordinating with clients on business requirements Liaising with clients, internal staff and suppliers on roll-out Participating in QA testing Providing support to clients following implementation Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will possess : Fluently bilingual in both French and English 2-3 years of implementation experience Loyalty program, technical or hospitality implementation experience required Previous gift cards, CRM implementation experience preferred Ability to work with high profile clients Superior time-management skills Good working knowledge of MS Office Please note : the selected candidate will undergo a criminal check.
