EX1: Experience* in a healthcare facility or in a regulated environment related to the reprocessing of medical devices.*Experience is defined as approximately 1 year of full-time work within the last two years.EX2: Experience with reprocessing medical or dental instruments in accordance with (Canadian Standards Association) CSA Z314 standards – Canadian Medical Device Reprocessing standards.
EX3: Experience using tracking and labelling systems to ensure traceability of sterilized instruments.

AE1: Experience specifically in dental instrument reprocessing.AE2: Experience supporting coworkers in medical device reprocessing (MDR) activities, such as sharing knowledge, demonstrating proper procedures, or assisting in reinforcing established protocols.AE3: Experience in a military or institutional health services setting.The Department of National Defence is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive team that reflects Canada's population.
