What you'll do here :

Provide expert guidance and recommendations on email security best practices to stakeholders.

Stay current with the latest email security trends, threats, and technologies

Participate in response activities to email outages

Experience implementing SPF, DKIM and DMARC to prevent email spoofing

Manage the administration of Microsoft Data Security Suite – Endpoint DLP, MIP labeling, IRM and Network DLP solution

Ability to coordinate with the Vendor to work or escalate about product related technical requirements, glitches, feature enhancement requests etc.

Perform ad hoc duties and accountabilities as directed by the Information Security Manager Special Projects.

Assist with the resolution of escalated issues and actively participate in problem management activities.

As a member of the operations team, participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure 24x7x coverage for critical core and customer infrastructure.

Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups finished in a timely manner

Assist with gathering documentation to support internal and external audits.

Develop metrics and reports.

What you bring to the table :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant degree in Cyber Security field

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email security, with a strong focus on threat detection and mitigation

In-depth knowledge of email security protocols (e.g., SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF) and encryption technologies

Proficiency with O email security tool is preferred. Experience working on other email security platforms will be considered as an advantage (e.g., Proofpoint, Cisco Email Security etc.)

Ability to understand and navigate complex user and technical discussions, architectures, and dependent solutions.

Experience in designing, implementing, managing M Data Security Suite, and enhancing Data Security capabilities such as DLP, MIP, MDE, Azure Purview etc.

Willing to work in Hybrid model.

Experience working in a Security Operations Centre

Demonstrated commitment to training, self-learning and maintaining proficiency in the technical cybersecurity domain

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English preferred)

Strong analytical skills, positive attitude, team spirit and eagerness to learn

You are analytical, pragmatic, but also able to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders from multiple teams in a customer-oriented approach.

Assets :  Security Certifications : Azure Certifications, CEH, GIAC etc.

Experience with Confluence / JIRA or ServiceNow

Bilingual (French and English) : Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
