Join Paladin Security Group Ltd for our Hiring Fair on Jan 9 2026 Friday.

Overview

We are looking to hire Security Officers for our Transalta Team in Wabamun, AB. The Hiring Fair will be held at Stony Plain Community Centre, Stony Plain, AB from 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM. Qualified candidates are invited to attend for immediate screening.

Role Overview

Position : Security Guard

Location of Work : Wabamun, AB

Environment : Industrial site (TransAlta)

Compensation & Bonuses

Eligible candidates may earn up to $500 in bonuses :

$250 Joining Bonus for candidates holding a valid Alberta Security License at the time of hire

$250 Bonus after successful completion of three (3) months of employment

Qualifications

Minimum one year of security experience is required

Dispatch experience required

Previous industrial security experience or in a related field is required

Holding an Alberta Security License, or ability to obtain a valid Alberta Security License

Class 5 Advanced Driver’s License (GDL is not advanced)
