Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, situated in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent, and meeting hiring objectives for technical positions. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and assisting with onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including managing end-to-end hiring processes
• Proven experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for specialized roles
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of industry tools and platforms is a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment for technical or specialized industries preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous
