Base pay range

CA$80,000.00 / yr - CA$100,000.00 / yr

The Role

Own the full sales order cycle and end‑to‑end inventory management across a multi‑tier supply chain. Manage 1 Material Handler in a fast‑paced environment where precision and continuous improvement are critical.

What You’ll Do

• Process and confirm orders directly with customers, manage fulfillment plans for in‑house and 3PL stock, maintain delivery documentation
• Execute end‑to‑end inventory control : cycle counts, physical counts with handheld scanners, audits across warehouses—targeting 100% Inventory Record Accuracy
• Handle special inventory (RMA, Quarantine, Engineering Hold, Lab Processing) and goods‑in‑transit across multiple partners
• Coordinate couriers, customs brokers, and logistics operations; manage import / export compliance
• Use Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) to track items, manage movements, and support MRP processes
• Apply Lean principles and FIFO picking; monitor KPIs (On‑Time Delivery, IRA, Cycle Time)
• Build reports using Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel to drive improvements
