Description

Our Client is seeking a Intermediate Business Analyst to take business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.

Resource will work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required. Work must be done from within Alberta, Canada, due to network and data security issues during regular business hours.

Skills Requirements Gathering, Translating, Communication Skills Type Contract Experience Required / Mandatory Skills

Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise environment. (8+ years)

Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation. (5+ years)

Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions. (5+ years)

Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across departments. (5+ years)

Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. (3+ years)

Available to lead frequent (daily) face-to-face meetings with clients and technical teams located in Edmonton, as required.

Proposed resource must work from within Alberta, Canada, due to network and data security issues.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (5+ years)

Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders. (5+ years)

Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions. (5+ years)

Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications. (5+ years)

Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects. (4+ years)

Experience working within an agile development environment. (4+ years)

Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment. (4+ years)
