You Are :

We are seeking a new talent to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the project. An EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) skill support team to manage and troubleshoot the day-to-day operations of EDI integrations, including configuring tools, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities :

Provide support for day-to-day EDI operations, including troubleshooting data translation, transmission failures, and integration errors to minimize business disruption.

Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to onboard new partners and maintain existing integrations.

Configure and manage EDI tools and translators (e.g., IBM Sterling, Boomi) and participate in system upgrades and testing.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, partner specifications, mapping guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Assist in setting up and configuring EDI connections, including mapping and testing EDI documents to ensure accuracy.

Monitor EDI transactions to ensure the timely and accurate processing of data.
