Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Manager, Operations and Maintenance Program Coordination, the successful candidate will oversee and lead a team in the administration of the various operational, maintenance and seasonal programs for the section. These programs include minimum maintenance standards inspections, stormwater infrastructure inspections and maintenance, vacuum leaf collection, winter maintenance, customer care and worker clothing. This will include ensuring that staff are adequately trained, equipped and capable to undertake various activities such as inspections, compiling documentation and adequately reporting and triaging requests. The Supervisor will be responsible for a specific portfolio of programs but will be required to assist with implementation and execution of all the various programs within the portfolio of the Operations and Maintenance Program Coordination section, from time‑to‑time.
