Job description

We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Hardware Designer. In this role, you’ll design high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit boards for rugged applications, contributing to innovative products that make an impact across industries like aerospace, industrial automation, and AI.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

  • Designing and developing schematics and layouts for high-speed circuit boards, ensuring performance and reliability in ruggedized environments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and project managers, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Conducting signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analyses to validate designs.
  • Overseeing prototype builds, testing, and validation to meet stringent product and industry standards.
  • Creating and maintaining design documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Mandatory Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing high-speed circuit boards (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, etc.).
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer or OrCAD.
  • Strong understanding of high-speed design principles, including signal integrity, impedance matching, and EMI / EMC mitigation.
  • Familiarity with ruggedized product design for harsh environments (temperature, vibration, and shock).
  • Preferred Requirements :

  • Experience with industry standards like MIL-STD, IPC, or automotive-grade designs.
  • Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
  • Knowledge of FPGA integration and microcontroller-based designs.
