Equity Research Analyst, Mining The Equity Capital Markets division has a solid commitment to investment research, investment banking, and institutional sales and trading. The Research department consists of a team of analysts and associates covering approximately 250 companies. The Equity Research Analyst’s role is to stay abreast of market events with the end-goal of providing sound investment judgement on particular stocks to clients. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has exemplary writing skills, analytical skills, can succeed in a fast-paced team environment and is an excellent communicator. * Provide thoughtful and comprehensive research coverage of the industries and targeted companies; and * Participate in due diligence requirements including interfacing with corporate executives, conducting site visits, analyzing industry and company data, developing and maintaining financial models, writing research, and verbal presentations to equity sales / trading personnel and institutional clients.
