A day in the life of a SR&ED Manager :

  • Identify and evaluate eligible SR&ED activities for the firm's clients
  • Plan and prepare technical reports and documentation for clients to be able to claim SR&ED and other tax incentives
  • Represent clients with government authorities
  • Be involved in the Startup and technology ecosystem
  • Be a trusted advisor and technical specialist both externally to clients as well as internally to accounting colleagues and Partners
  • Interact and assist accounting, finance, and legal professionals across a multitude of mandates and industries

About you :

  • Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years prior experience with the SR&ED program, experience with IT and software claims, plus a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent industry experience
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A passion for R&D, innovation, and technology
