Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targets. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
• Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and individually. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
