HMMS Healthcare Materials Management – London, ON. Full Time. Salary Range : $31.74–$37.35 per hour.
HMMS is a joint venture between St. Joseph's Health Care, London and London Health Sciences Centre, operating since 1997. We manage sourcing, contract management, purchasing, accounts payable, logistics, supply chain systems and inventory for London hospitals and other healthcare organisations throughout Southwestern Ontario.
As a full-service supply‑chain organisation, HMMS interacts with thousands of suppliers to maintain a catalogue of over 90,000 active items, of which approximately 5,000 are stocked in our warehouse.
Reporting to the Manager, HMMS Supply Chain Technology, the Data Administrator ensures new / changes to data records in core system applications (McKesson, Cerner, Oracle WCC) are accurate and comply with policies (MIS, BPS Directives, GS1 Canada). The role is the gatekeeper to data integrity, organising and processing requests for core table adds / changes, managing functional rights and cost‑centre security privileges for HMMS application users. Close attention to detail, initiative and critical thinking are required to succeed in this high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
