Job description
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to plan and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for ICI building and renovation projects.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring successful and profitable project delivery.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing relationships with subcontractors during contract negotiations.
  • Partner with Site Superintendents to uphold high health and safety standards on-site at all times.
  • Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure construction meets all required standards and specifications.
  • Facilitate and assist with the project closeout process.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in an assistant project management or project coordination role within an established ICI General Contractors.
    • Experience managing multiple full-cycle new construction and renovation projects for health care facilities, universities, or government buildings.
    • Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • Knowledge of relevant construction laws and building codes, with a basic understanding of budget management, schedule management, and construction quality control processes.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
