Job Summary

We are seeking an Intermediate AI Software Developer who can build production-ready Python services and has hands-on experience working with modern AI / ML this role you will help design and implement agent-based workflows embed retrieval pipelines and integrate AWS AI services into our application stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance multi-agent features using LLMs RAG and Strands agents
• Develop backend services and pipelines in Python
• Maintain knowledge bases embedding workflows and retrieval strategies
• Integrate AWS Bedrock and other cloud services into our AI features
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Contribute to code quality testing and documentation
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements

No prior AI or AWS experience Candidates eager to learn will be supported and gain hands-on exposure in production.

Work Location : Hybrid (In-office 3 days per week subject to change)

Salary : $80000 - $115000

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
