Job description3+ years of end-to-end payroll experience including the reporting piece Bilingual(English and French) Processing payroll for Ontario, Quebec, and two other provinces Must have at least one of three designations : PCP, PLP, CPM Asset if you experience processing unionized and nonunionized experience Big assets if you've worked with a payroll service provider Strong interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Excel
About Our Client
Our client, one of Canada's leading HR solution company is looking for a Payroll Compliance Specialist to join their fast-growing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in midtown Toronto in office 3x a week. Reporting to the manager, you will primarily be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for your portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- First point of contact for members with any questions, discrepancies, and concerns regarding their membership
- Conduct payroll market research including salary bands, government legislation, etc.
- Support and manage clients with payroll inquiries
- Support clients with any reconciliation, training, or ad hoc reports
