Job Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Woodlock Developments' real estate projects. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales and marketing expertise to oversee all project promotion and sales aspects, from initial concept to post-delivery. The ideal candidate will continue growing our online presence, collaborate closely with the development team, manage marketing budgets, and lead the sales efforts to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Marketing :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for individual projects, including digital marketing, print, and social media, and campaigns.
  • Liaise with marketing agencies to ensure projects are being executed according to the group’s needs and timelines are being met.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, ) to build brand awareness and attract potential buyers.
  • Manage website and ensure it is up to date with accurate information and visually appealing.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, signage, sales center displays).
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure they are aligned with project goals.

Corporate Marketing :

  • Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Manage corporate brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Sales Management :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the CEO.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage incentive programs.
  • Manage sales software and databases.
  • Development Support :

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project timelines, features, and target markets.
  • Provide input on project design, renderings, and marketing strategies.
  • Assist with contract negotiation and coordinate project handover processes.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within real estate or property development.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing marketing budgets.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, WordPress, Canva, CRM systems).
  • Proficiency in sales software (Lasso, Avesdo).
  • Knowledge of homeowner care practices is an asset.
