Lead front-of-house operations with a strong focus on service, hospitality, and guest connection
Be actively present on the floor, supporting service flow and engaging with guests
Coach, mentor, and develop servers and hosts to deliver consistent, welcoming experiences
Support scheduling, shift leadership, and labour management
Assist with onboarding and training, setting clear service expectations from day one
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
Uphold dining room standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation
Partner with the General Manager on daily operations and leadership initiatives
Requirements
Has experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a full-service restaurant
Is naturally service-driven and energized by leading from the floor
Brings a people-first mindset with strong communication and coaching skills
Takes pride in hospitality, consistency, and doing right by guests and team members
Remains calm, organized, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
