Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Develop, track, and maintain project schedules; review critical path; adapt or accelerate projects to meet deadlines; report and update directors on project schedule.
- Management and Leadership: Complete the tendering process for contract awards; assist in planning and defining project scope for subcontractors and employees; allocate project resources from internal and external sources; manage project documentation, communication, and reporting; conduct consultant meetings; assist in cost estimating and budget development with the senior team.
- Quality Control: Proactively manage changes in project scope; identify potential issues and devise contingency plans; ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving; oversee project team including Project Coordinators and Superintendents with Sr. PM; ensure project delivery tied to budget, schedule, and drawings; collaborate with Leasing to develop budgets and timelines for potential tenants.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience in commercial or residential projects
- Direct work experience in a project coordination capacity, including process development and execution
- Experience overseeing multi-family projects
- Certificate, university degree, or college diploma would be an asset
- Project Management education is an asset
Salary
$110,000 - $140,000
