Responsibilities : Structure project budgets : develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project budgets and expenditures.
Monitor project expenses, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to ensure cost-effectiveness.Produce monthly : executive summary, updated project forecasted costs and project cost sheet.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to forecast costs and prepare budget reports.Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.Provide guidance and support to project teams in cost-related matters.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience as a Cost Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role in any industry.
Proficiency in Excel and excellent knowledge of accounting principles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
