Job descriptionBe a star in running the machines to efficiently produce high quality roll stock with minimal scrap, Participate in our collaborative culture where your safety is valued and you are important, Be rewarded with a competitive salary Work 12 hour shifts - working 3 days then off for 4 days, then working 4 days and off 3 days (84 hours every 2 weeks = overtime pay). 12 hour shift plastics manufacturing : 1 year (preferred) extrusion machine : 3 years (required)

As an extruder operator, you'll contribute to the success of the company by :
- setting up and monitoring extruder operation to detect sheet defects or machine malfunctions, making adjustments to create high quality plastic sheet
- conducting ongoing checks on the specifications of produced sheet
- adjusting the dies and cutting blades to attain order requirements
- consistently updating paper to ensure accurate inventory
- keeping the work area clean and safe
- working enthusiastically with other departments
- transporting, weighing, labeling and shipping completed rolls and sheet
