Agreement Term

The agreement will be for three years, with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two years or until the completion of the project.

Description

This Request is for one or more Enterprise Architect Resource(s) to support the Strategy and Architecture Branch of the IT Division (ITD).

The IT Division requires a seasoned Enterprise Architect to contribute to capabilities such as technology and services planning, strategy development, application and technology portfolio management, enterprise risk management, and governance.

The Enterprise Architect will be critical in developing IT strategies, architectural governance frameworks, long-term enterprise-level plans, and management initiatives. Collaboration with senior leadership, the Director of Architecture, and other ITD teams will be essential.

Deliverables

The position is full-time onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, starting April 1, 2025.

Duties Include :

  • Business / IT strategy development and planning.
  • Business application and technology portfolio management.
  • Multi-year capital and operational budget planning, including TCO projections.
  • Business capability planning.
  • Architectural governance and standards development.
  • Enterprise risk management.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Extensive experience with North American public sector organizations.
  • Maturing architecture practice capabilities.
  • Application / Technology portfolio management.
  • Business capability analysis, development, and management.
  • Planning and designing business and technology services.
  • Aligning enterprise information and technology roadmaps.
  • Designing technical governance frameworks.
  • Facilitating collaboration with IT, business partners, and vendors.
