Job description

Le Technicien Informatique sera responsable d’effectuer le support technique de niveau 2 aux 500 usagés de l’entreprise.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

  • Effectuer du support niveau 2 à 80% du temps
  • Travailler en mode projet 20% du temps
  • Migrer les différents postes de travail informatiques vers Windows 10
  • uvrer au sein d’une équipe TI de 5 personnes et relever directement du Gestionnaire TI

PROFIL

  • 2+ années d’expérience en tant que Technicien informatique
  • Expérience dans un environnement Windows
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft 365 et des anti-virus
  • Leadership et service à la clientèle impeccable
  • Avoir de l’intérêt pour faire la transition vers un poste d’Administrateur Système
  • DEC en informatique ou l’équivalent
  • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

  • Perform support 80% of the time
  • Work in project mode 20% of the time
  • Migrate the various computer workstations to Windows 10
  • Work within an IT team of 5 people and report directly to the IT Manager

    • PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician
  • Experience in a Windows environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and anti-virus
  • Leadership and impeccable customer service
  • Have an interest in making the transition to a System Administrator position
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
