Overview

Join Client Core Infrastructure Data Engineering group as a skilled and enthusiastic technologist focused on automation, self-service tooling, and modernizing critical infrastructure components with DevOps tools. You will work with technologies such as Python, Core Java, RESTful Services, Jenkins, and CI / CD pipelines. After onboarding, you will take ownership of key products, collaborating globally with counterparts and customers to prioritize and deliver enhancements, extensions, and remediation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, clean, and scalable code in Core Java and Python.
Cover the full software development lifecycle including coding, unit testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot issues across code, operating systems, networks, storage, and hardware components.
Collaborate with global teams to prioritize and deliver product improvements and critical fixes.
Participate in on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure.

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Core Java and Python.

Proficient troubleshooting skills across code, O / S, network, storage, and hardware.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to participate in on-call support.

Desired Skills

Experience with container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes and container tools like Podman.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Git, Jira, BitBucket, and Jenkins.

Understanding of data technologies such as DB2, Sybase, Postgres, or MongoDB.

Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Comfortable working in Linux environments and scripting with Shell.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively in large, multinational, and globally distributed teams.
