Trillium Machine and Tool inc., a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Lead / Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent onsite opportunity is based at our facility at 4080 North Service Rd E, Windsor, ON, Canada, offering challenging work and significant growth potential for a mid-career professional ready to lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical teams on various projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions and control systems.
- Oversee and perform panel building, electrical wiring, and installation of automated systems.
- Conduct electrical design and troubleshooting for simple to complex machinery and tools.
- Effectively use a range of electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Instruct and mentor apprentices, fostering skill development and adherence to safety standards.
- Interface with 3rd Party Electrical Inspectors
- Maintain a professional appearance and an outgoing personality, fostering positive team and client interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience (5-10 years) in electrical roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Post Graduate or higher education in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in automation solutions, electrical design, panel building, and electrical wiring for automated systems.
- Proficiency with various electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Proven ability to lead and instruct apprentices with patience and clarity.
- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality and professional appearance.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to work 40-55 hours per week on-site.
