XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. XNRGY is seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join its team. Based in St Hubert, the person in this position will be responsible for the entire staffing process from gathering hiring requirements from Managers to welcoming and onboarding the newly hired employees. The incumbent will support staffing for both Canada Headquarters (St Hubert) and USA (Arizona).
An overview of your responsibilities :
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to Engineering, Technical Sales and IT.
- Develop a recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals;
- Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs and propose recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
- Lead the candidate selection process, including interviews in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ensure the updating of recruitment statistics and dashboard.
- Support the drafting, revision and posting of roles targeted on specialized platforms.
- Proactively build, source, and maintain a network of professional relationships, continuously exploring new recruitment methods, and devising innovative approaches to fill key positions.
- Stay up to date with latest recruitment trends and market best practices for relevant industries
- Support various projects, continuously innovating to improve our sourcing methodologies and strategies
- All other related tasks related to recruitment activities.
What you'll need, among other things!
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting ; experience with technical positions including engineering, IT, or technical salesAbility to manage various projects simultaneously and work in a rapidly growing environment;Collaborative leadership, hands-on approach;Autonomy, resilience, positive energy;Expertise in developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies to fill technical roles; strong technical sourcing skills and Boolean search techniques, with hands-on experience using platforms including Recruiter;Highly adept at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers;Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills;Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines;Relevant Industry experience in the manufacturing sector an asset combined with recruitment agency experience for specialized roles;Bilingualism required (English and French);Why choose XNRGY!
