As the Assistant Wellness Coordinator you will support the delivery of high-quality camper care and wellness services while serving as a secondary responder in emergency and first-aid situations. This is an active vacancy not a future hiring pool and the successful candidate will make an immediate impact by supporting camper safety wellness operations and inclusive programminghelping Camp Stephens remain a place where everyone can Shine On.

HOW youll create Moments that Matter :

You will support camper health and wellness by responding to medical needs administering first aid and medications as required and maintaining confidential medical records and logs. You will ensure first-aid supplies and wellness equipment are stocked and ready assist in reviewing emergency protocols and prepare detailed incident and end-of-season reports. You will also actively support camp programming by promoting health safety and well-being through direct engagement with campers and staff.

What Youll bring :

  • Experience supporting health wellness or emergency response in camp youth or community settings.
  • Strong organizational interpersonal and crisis-management skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • A demonstrated commitment to safeguarding confidentiality inclusion and the Ys mission and values.
  • Required Certifications : Standard First Aid with CPR-C Bronze Cross Manitoba Class 5F License
