Brand & Content Marketing Manager

Aspire Software’s Hospitality Vertical , home to the trusted roommaster brand, is seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Content Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, storytelling, and marketing impact across all channels.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and play a key role in shaping how our hospitality brands communicate globally. Leading a network of writers, freelancers, and creative partners, you’ll develop and execute content and campaign strategies that bring our hospitality technology to life for hoteliers worldwide .

This role is ideal for a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment—someone willing to wear multiple hats, roll up their sleeves, and take ownership from strategy to execution. You’ll combine creativity with data, leveraging HubSpot, AI tools , and emerging marketing technologies to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the brand and content strategy to support Aspire’s hospitality GTM objectives.
• Align content and brand campaigns with product launches, lead generation initiatives, and customer engagement goals.
• Collaborate across marketing to ensure content supports all campaigns and GTM motions.
