What you will do :

  • Guiding new and existing team members through company policies, processes, and role-specific tools.
  • Creating efficient schedules and managing timesheet compliance to optimize workforce utilization.
  • Ensuring seamless rental counter activities and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Creating meaningful connections by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Managing vehicle clean-ups, maintenance, and ensuring timely, high-quality vehicle deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Signing off on daily business reports and driving accountability across the team.
  • Addressing customer concerns proactively while collaborating with your direct supervisor to seize opportunities.

What you will need :

  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
  • Proven track record in supervisory roles, with strong team management skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
