Salary: $110,000+

Integrity is actively recruiting a Head of Business Developmentto join our expanding team.

As the Head of Business Development, you willbe responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities within the industry. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, build long-term customer contact and work alongside out internal departments to deliver a world-class product to customers.

This position will report directly to theChief Operating Officer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with Integritys growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new markets and industries
  • Analyze market trends to guide strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, primarily focused on high-value programs
  • Lead customer engagement from initial opportunity to awarded programs
  • Represent Integrity at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings
  • Lead the new market sales process, including RFQs, pricing strategies and contract negotiation
  • Work alongside internal departments to ensure a quality product is delivered
  • Align business development with capacity planning and operational strategy

Required Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of business development, technical sales or commercial leadership within manufacturing
  • Experience in the plastic injection molding industry, preferably in both automotive and non-automotive sectors
  • Strong understanding of mold design, manufacturing process and machining


Company Overview:

Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standard injection, multi-shot rotary, chrome grill products, and large interior trim.


We currently employ 850+ highly skilled team members, operating out of 4 locations, with 13 facilities globally. Corporate headquarters is located in Oldcastle (Windsor), Canada, with additional full capability facilities in Pulaski, Tennessee, Queretaro, Mexico and Treviso, Italy.


Although our presence is global, we have continued to maintain a team-based atmosphere throughout all facilities. We consistently invest in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and promote continuous improvement in all departments.
