Product Analyst
About The Role
The Product Analyst within Consumer, Customer and Expert in the Tech organization will partner with Global Consumer Relations (GCR) business team and cross functional Tech teams to deliver continuous improvements for Tech product within the respective domain to support the business requirements.
You will be accountable for business and technical analysis for product changes, alignment with the business on product roadmap, and technical deliverables.
This role will also support project implementations supporting the GCR function within the Haleon business and ensuring setup of products is aligned with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
Business Analysis : Work with various business stakeholders from different functions (mainly Global Consumer relations ) to define the requirements for the Tech Products development , new features and capabilities.
Product management : Manage the backlog for the dedicated squad, cooperate on product development with developers, testers and other Product Analysts, lead Agile ceremonies (daily / retro / refinement / review).
Technical Configuration / Customization : Work with developers, architects, and internal CH Tech partners to conduct technical configuration / customization of solutions that meet our customers’ needs and provide a great user experience.
Product Domain : Understand the product domain from a technology perspective but also understand how the technology adds value to the related business processes & areas and manage & assess incoming demand as part of a product backlog.
Quality, Risk & Compliance : Accountable for ensuring all products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices , external regulatory and statutory requirements e.
g. GxP, SARBOX and that Tech continuity plans are in place for all business-critical products.
Change & Release management : Manage change activity , including Software as a Service delivered change, into the production service in a compliant and efficient manner.
Data Protection : Develop a sound knowledge of Haleon policies and processes regarding protection of sensitive data.
Qualifications and skills :
Essential :
Experience with technical solutions supporting Consumer Relations / Sales / or similar business functions (preferably in Salesforce Technology) & related systems configuration and IT project management, system consulting & business analysis.
3+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record in successful technical development, web design, solution design, program and product delivery and service management preferably in a large global organization.
Experience of working, effectively, with third-party vendors and diverse teams (countries and cultures).
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills
Understanding of Product Management through Agile Software Development, toolsets experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFE desirable.
Excellent language skills English in speech and writing
Preferred :
Knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Service and Sales Cloud)
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
Experience in Project Management
Knowledge of GxP requirements
