Position: Logistics Coordinator Location: Saint-Bruno area - Hybrid A leading company in the food industry is looking to welcome a Logistics Coordinator to join its dynamic team.What our client offers:- Permanent stable position- Salary between $55,000 and $62,000, depending on experience and education- Hybrid work model: 3 days remote, 2 days in-office- Comprehensive group insurance plan- Pension plan- Flexible schedule - 40 hours per week- Interviews currently underwayJob Description:Reporting to the Operations Department, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire import process, from order placement to delivery and invoicing. They will ensure the smooth transit of goods and compliance with all regulatory documentation related to the importation of specific products.Main Responsibilities:- Create and enter import orders according to supplier requirements and delivery deadlines- Prepare customer and supplier invoices, credit notes, and manage client portals- Oversee the complete logistical and administrative follow-up of orders, from placement to delivery and payment- Prepare customs documentation and required regulatory forms- Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments, external partners, and Canadian customs authorities- Collaborate closely with importers and the purchasing department on planning activities- Perform various analyses and follow-ups related to import operationsProfile Sought:- Education in logistics, international trade, transportation, or a related field- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly- Knowledge of quota-controlled product regulations (an asset)- Proficiency in FrenchOther Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with clients, support operations in another region, rapport with Partners or Stakeholders from different cultures, customer Support- Frequency of Use: Constantly (for almost every task)Please send your resume in Word format to Florence Thibeault-Boily at florence.thibeault@quantum.ca or contact us at 450 463-5317.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
