Salary range (but not limited to) :

43,600 - 53,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance) :

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including : experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Accounts Representative to join our dynamic and expanding Hybrid team in a fast-paced call center environment.

As a Customer Accounts Representative, you will be delivering exceptional service to our Brokers and Clients with their billing needs on our inbound queues in a call center setting.

This hybrid position is available in our  North York (2255 Sheppard Av.), Toronto  (700 University Avenue) or Mississauga (2 Prologis Blvd.) offices.

Work Schedule :  Part-time

Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 21 hours per week , including every Saturday and statutory holidays.

Shifts will be assigned according to business needs and availability, with priority given to evening shifts, within the following business hours :

• Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m.
• Saturday : 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.
