About the Role

GeoScan is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring seamless project execution by effectively coordinating between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.

This position is perfect for an honest, hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage competing priorities effectively. Whether working independently or collaborating as part of a team, you will play a key role in ensuring project success.

Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Slack, Zuper, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is preferred but not required. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing company, we’d love to hear from you!

As our Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities include :

  • Managing customer communications through shared inboxes and calls.
  • Engaging with clients to correctly define the project scope and scheduling teh correct resources to effectively complete  approved work.
  • Coordinating and managing project schedules, resources, and subcontractor bookings.
  • Keeping clients informed throughout project lifecycles and addressing delays or changes proactively.
  • Maintaining organized project folders
  • Overseeing permits, traffic control, and travel arrangements for project needs.
  • Providing support to operational teams and assisting with overflow admin tasks within the team

  • Experience reviewing construction plans and drawings is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho, Slack, Zuper, MS Office and Google Suite
