Junior Associate, Real Estate Litigation (1 to 3 years)

Our client, a law firm with innovative values and an established client base, is currently looking for a junior associate with real estate litigation experience to join its team of experienced lawyers.
You will have the opportunity to work in beautiful offices, although remote work may also be allowed.
In addition, the team of experienced professionals is committed to your success and will give you all the necessary support insure your success.
YOUR ROLE :
- On a daily basis, the candidate will carry out various mandates pertaining to real estate litigation;
- Manage civil litigation, housing law, administrative cases;
- Meet and represent clients in Court;
- Write legal opinions, letters and procedures;
- Prepare pleadings, conduct negotiations, etc.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
The ideal candidate must have :
- A Law degree (B.C.L, LL B or LL L);
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience;
- Good command of French and English. An additional language will be an asset ;
- Good analytical, management and priority skills.
In addition, the aspirant must be :
- An active member of the Barreau du Québec;
- Autonomous, dynamic and proactive as he will be able to drive his mandates.
