IAM Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the authentication and identity management reliability engineering group within an agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and stabilizing critical firm authentication and identity infrastructure, driving improvements in observability, automation, and issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide senior-level support for authentication and identity management systems (industry-standard and in-house tools)
• Debug issues across the entire technology stack
• Implement improvements for long-term system stability and observability
• Respond to alerts via on-call rotations (PagerDuty)
• Automate repetitive manual tasks through scripting and tooling
• Create operational tools to assist the support team
• Participate in client / vendor / internal calls as necessary
