We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the authentication and identity management reliability engineering group within an agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and stabilizing critical firm authentication and identity infrastructure, driving improvements in observability, automation, and issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide senior-level support for authentication and identity management systems (industry-standard and in-house tools)
- Debug issues across the entire technology stack
- Implement improvements for long-term system stability and observability
- Respond to alerts via on-call rotations (PagerDuty)
- Automate repetitive manual tasks through scripting and tooling
- Create operational tools to assist the support team
- Participate in client / vendor / internal calls as necessary
Required Skills :
5–6 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domainExpertise in IAM products and enterprise security conceptsStrong scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, and UNIX ShellsWorking knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Linux administrationFamiliarity with enterprise-scale architecturePreferred Skills :
Ansible, Java, Groovy, C / C++ scripting or programming experienceITIL, CISSP, or SRE certificationsExperience with cloud computing and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutionsKnowledge of cryptography and IDM best practicesCertifications :
Optional : ITIL, CISSP, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) certifications
