The Operational Process Analyst acts as a catalyst for change and optimization within the organization. Working closely with all offices, the incumbent ensures that BPA practices and standards are standardized, compliant, and applied consistently across all sites. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong influencing skills and an excellent collaborative approach.

Key responsibilities

Process analysis and optimization

• Map out, document and analyze design and production processes across all disciplines and offices, as well as all processes supporting project progress.
• Optimize and standardize these processes to ensure overall consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in project support and execution and support to fully understand the ecosystem and identify areas for improvement.
