Position Overview :

As a member of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients and employees. This role focuses on the design and implementation of various technologies, including Microsoft solutions, networking, servers, and storage. You will consult with clients to provide thought leadership and direction, ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions. You are a self-starter who can work well independently and within a team, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with people.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify, propose, and implement best-fit technical solutions to support client needs.
  • Engage clients directly to understand their environment and business requirements, providing clear guidance as a trusted advisor.
  • Write comprehensive proposals and Statements of Work detailing the delivery of solutions and services.
  • Design, deploy, and assess IT infrastructure solutions leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Azure Landing Zones, M365, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Microsoft Entra, networking, servers, storage, SaaS, and cloud services, implementing Azure best practices for architecture, security, and governance.
  • Understand Microsoft licensing for clients, ensuring compliance and optimal use of resources.
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to team members, including handling escalated client issues and assisting with training.
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for equipment such as servers, network equipment, SaaS, cloud services, and related applications.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing IT consulting and project-based IT services.
  • Related post-secondary education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales consulting and creating Statements of Work and / or proposals for a technical service provider.
  • Strong working knowledge in servers, storage, networking, desktop management, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience and competency in Microsoft server operating systems and related systems such as Active Directory, M365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra, and VDI.
  • Expertise and certifications in various technologies, such as Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305), M365 (e.g., MS-100, MS-101), Microsoft Teams Rooms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Professional Badge, Microsoft Teams Certified Administrator (MS-700), Microsoft Teams Rooms Sales Professional Badge), VMware, Dell, HP, Citrix, and Veeam.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional customer service, and professional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Extensive experience managing or being a member of successful project teams.
  • Experience working in Enterprise-scale IT environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management best practices; ITIL certification would be considered an asset.
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background check.
